Geer Services Ticket Support System

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, Geer Services now utilizes a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
A valid email address is required to request support.

First Time Users: Select Open New Ticket below to submit your first ticket which will also create your new account based on your e-mail address. You can then use that e-mail address to track all of your tickets under Check Ticket Status.
